A new heart defibrillator has been fitted to the side of Cockerton Library.
The potentially life-saving device, which gives a high energy electric shock to heart of someone who is in cardiac arrest, was purchased from Wel Medical Ltd and is an essential step to save a life before the emergency services arrive.
Green signs have also been placed around the suburb pointing in the direction of the defibrillator, should it be needed.
Instructions for Use
