Remedial works to be carried out on Feethams roundabout

Drivers in Darlington are being advised to allow more time for their journey when remedial works are undertaken on Feethams roundabout.

On Wednesday, April 19th, 2017, the roundabout and adjoining roads (A167 St Cuthberts Way/Victoria Road) will be open at all times, but the roundabout itself and approaches will be reduced to one lane to facilitate the roadworks.

The remedial work, which is required as part of a scheme carried out a few years ago, will start at 7am and is expected to be completed within one day, weather permitting.

A spokesperson for Darlington Borough Council said: “Road users are advised that delays may be likely and should allow more time for their journey. The council apologises for any inconvenience caused.”
